The ‘Smart Citizen’ track looks at smart systems solutions from and end-user perspective and aims at giving the audience some first answers regarding some strategic questions like: What matters to end users?  Do they like ‘smart systems’?  Are they eager to pay for it?  What drives adoption?  What could be reasons for churn? Which are the hurdles for deployment? What are promising value models? How to structure value creation in a multi-stakeholder context such as a city?​  How can end users be involved in the development of solutions?
